Brief: This is my diploma project for our final school assignment. The theme assigned was "Forbidden."
Theme: The project explores the concept of death, a deeply personal and often taboo subject.

For as long as I can remember, the concept of death—when something that is becomes something that was—has been a deeply unsettling, almost phobic idea for me. The notion of time stopping, and life, an event, or a process ending, has been difficult to confront.

My project, Embrace Me, Death, explores this personal fear by delving deeply into the subject of death. I face my own mortality, composing my own obituary and symbolically resurrecting on the day of the exhibition at Forsbergs.

Through this exploration of the "forbidden" and the confrontation of death, I aim to release the weight it has held over me. By metaphorically embracing my own death, I seek freedom and transformation.
